Parliamentstreet. Waterloo Quadrant, Lower Symondsstreet, Emily Place, Jermyn-street, Eden Crescent, Shirt-street. Oliphant-street, Johnstreet, James-street, Richmond Road, Hep-burn-street, Grey-street, Hamilton Road, Laurence-street, Wood-street, Gordon Terrace, Burleigh-streot, Khyber Pass, Brook Square, Dedwood Terrace, Seymour-street, Yarborough-street, Nelson Avenue, Pittstreet, Hobson-street, Sale-street, Elliottstreet, Darby-street,. Coburg-street, Coburg Place, Beresford-street. Summer-street, Queen-street, Grafton Road, Douglas-street, England-street, Ireland-street, Scotlandstreet, Fernleigh-street, Fitzroy-street, Kingstreet, Cox's Bridge Road, Argyle-street. Cameron-street, Cobden-street, Exmouthstreet, Baker-street. To Borrow a sum not exceeding £32,000, at a rate of interest not exceeding £4J per cent, per annum, upon the security of the revenues of the Cits of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues, to make such loan repayable in 21 years, to make provision for the payment 4)f a sinking fund of £4 per cent, per annum, and to pay out of the loan, such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan, and the interest thereon for the first year. 2. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to provide the necessary funds for the acquisition of land for and the widening, forming, and improving- of Custom-street West, aj»d the works incidental thereto. To Borrow a sum not exceeding £15,000, at a rate of interest not exceeding £44 per cent- per annum, upon the security of the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues, to make such loan repayable in 21 years, to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £. per cent, per annum.' and :to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council, may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan, and the interest thereon for the first year. 3. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to provide the necessary funds for the erection of a new Morgue in the City of Auckland under the provisions of " The Public Health Amendment Act, 1904." and to provide for the Auckland City Council's proportion of the cost thereof. To Borrow a sum" not exceeding £1000, at a rate of interest not exceeding £4* per cent, per annum, upon the security of the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues, to make such loan repayable in 21 years, to make provision for the , payment of a sinking fund of £J per cent, per annum, and to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan, and the interest thereon for the first year. 6. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to provide the necessary funds for the erection and completion of a Town Hall for the City of Auckland. To Borrow a sum not exceeding £30,000, at a rate of interest not exceeding £41 per cent. per annum, upon the security of the lands comprising the Town Hall Site, and. the Town Hall Building when erected thereon, subject to the existing loan charged onj such site and building, and the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues, to make such loan repayable in 21 years, to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £. per cent, per annum, and to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to hav* been actually incurred in connection with such loan, and the interest thereon for the first year. v ' 7. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council tojirovide the necessary funds for the extension and enlargement of i the Waterworks of the City Council by the acquisition of additional land adjacent 'to the Khyber Pass Reservoir, the construction of two new Reservoirs— at Archhill and the other at Khyber Pass—and the purchase and laying of water mains, fittings, and appliances in connection therewith. To Borrow a sum not exceeding £40,000, at a rate of interest not exceeding £4J per cent, per annum, upon the security of the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues, to make such loan repayable in 21 years, to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £J per cent, per annum, and to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been aotually incurred in connection with such loan, and the interest thereon for the first year. 8. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to provide the necessary funds for the further laying out and improving of Albert Park.- Victoria Park, Western Park, Bay-field Park and the Auckland Domain. .
