Smithson (America) won the 110 metres hurdles in 155., establishing a record for the distance. PRESENTATION OF PRIZES.-

London, July 26.

Thirty-five thousand people were present at the Stadium to witness the presentation of the prizes to the victors of the various events. Her Majesty the Queen distributed the gold medals and trophies, while the King presented each runner with a sprig of Windsor forest oak tied with a miniature Union Jack. •, Dul'ando, who had completely recovered, was given an overpowering reception when the Queen presented him with the special cup donated by herself.
