In the case of Scott v. the King, heard 'at the last session of the Appeal Court, judgment was delivered to-day in favour of appellant, the Court holding that the facts entitled him to the £1500 'awarded by the jury. Costs were awarded on the highest ■cale, and leave was given to appeal to the Privy Council. This was the case in which appellant sued the Exhibition Commissioners for damages. : •.'
