THE TIMES LIBEL ACTION. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— London, May' 7. The defence of the proprietors of the Times in the libel action brought by Mr. John Murray, in respect of two articles signed by "Artifex,-' with reference to the price of th.i. three volumes of Queen Victoria's, letters, published by Mr. Murray, is that the expressions complained of were fair comment, with no malice against Mr. Murray.
