CANNING RABBITS.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Napier, Thursday. Speaking , at a meeting . of the Rabbit Board the chairman (Mr. T. Crosse) drew attention to a proposal to erect a rabbit canning factory in the Waikato, and declared that any attempt to .use rabbits commercially would seriously handicap efforts to cope with the pest.
