ARBITRATION ACT FAILS. By Telegraph.—- Auoolatson Oipjrijht Syiini-Y. April 16, The High Court has decided that the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Act has no jurisdiction to settle disputes as regards wages and conditions of employment on foreign trading ship*.
