To remedy this the trustees approached Parliament for ;4 ,mh©* v 7 and after negotiations this was finally granted in the form of a private Bill, which gave to the trustees power to sell the lands of -.the estate, subject to certain provisions. Messrs. W. H. Turnbull and Co., auctioneers, of Wellington, have been entrusted with the sate.
