SYDNEY WOOL MARKET. (Received August 21, 11.52 p.m.) Sydxey, August' 21. The second series of wool sales opened today. Small catalogues were submitted, the. selection being fair. The market was firm, prices being fully equal to last year. The highest price for greasy was 12Jd, and for scoured 23Jd. MR. HENNIKER HEATON. ■Fremantle, August 21. Mr. Henniker Heaton, pioneer of ocean penny postage, has arrived on a health tour. He expresses the opinion that international penny postage will soon be an accomplished fact. .MADAME CLARA BUTT'S ARRIVAL. Fremantle, August 21. Madame Clara Butt has arrived at F'emantle. She confirms the report that she refused an offer of £10,000 to sing into the gramophone. She is accompanied by her husband, Mr. Kennedy Rumford, and the members of her concert party
