TROOPS WITHDRAWN. By Telegraph.—Pres3 Association.—Copyright London, August 20. Members of the Belfast police, to the number of 250, are to be tried in connection with the recent insubordination. The main strike is at an end, and the bulk of the troops at Belfast have been withdrawn.
