ACCIDENT TO A FOOTBALLER.
Lv the early portion of the representative match vesterday afternoon, Auckland Wednesday' Union v. Rotorua, A. P.ierce, one of the local front-rankers, had the misfortune to break his collarbone through colliding with another player. He pluckily continued to play all the first spell, and the injury was found out later on, Pierce complaining of , being unwell.
