DfNiiDi.v, Wednesday. A special meeting of the Dunedin City Council will be held on Friday, when the Caversham Gas Bill, as reported by the Select Committee of the House of Representatives, will be consideied. The question of whether the city should now purchase the gasworks is likely to come up for discusion.
