WIN FOR SOCIALISTS

Rome July 3. The advanced Liberals, all of the Socialist ticket, have carried 25 out of .'3O vacancies in the municipal elections in Rome.
The result was a great surprise to the Government and Moderates, and is attributed to a wave of anti.clericalism and to the cost of living.
