THE WHEAT MARKET.
[D? TELEGRAPH,—-PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
Tisiabu, Wednesday. Thk wheat market has apparently eased back to-day by 2d per bushel. Wheat sold here during the past few days at 4s 6d ex store, but this morning a line offered at 4s 3£d was refused. The position, however, is very uncertain, the prices paid seeming to depend upon the.circumstances in which the different buyers are placed.
Dunedin, Wednesday.
The wheat, market is rather excited, owing to the repotted advance in London and some speculation in the North, but so far this has not affected the local demand. Millers having a fair stock are waiting developments.
