FOLLOWING ON REPRIMAND.

(Received July 3. 9.42 p.m.) St. Petersburg, July 3. . j Colonel Bolabanstry, Chief of Police at Tillis, in Trans-Caucasia, has committed suicide, owing to having been reprimanded for lack of energy in connection with the recent Terrorist outrage and robbery.

A cable was received on Friday last stating that a bomb outrage had occurred in Tiflis, when 10 bombs were thrown in succession into Erivan Square, in the heart of the city, causing the death of two persons and injuring 50 others. The outrage covered the robbery of £34,000 from a Treasury van.
