The Public Works Department has received the following tenders for the erection of the new wharf at Motuihi Island: Accepted: Mr. Parry (Puhoi), £959. Declined: Messrs. McLean and Son (Auckland), £1064; Mr. Mathieson (Auckland), £1330 Messrs. Martin and Co. (Devonport), £1453.
