MiUer appeared for applicant and stated that there was another similar application from (5. S. Clark regarding the adjoining site arid also a further application from CI. S. Mr. Clendon apjjeai-ed for the applicants and stated that since these applications were filed instructions had been received from London to commence work upon the property with a limited number of men, and asked to be allowed to amend the application in the ca«e of the Tararu claim to one for reduction to work with eight men, which was agreed to by the Warden, and the application for absolute protection for the Creek special claim and minor privileges was recommended, while that for permission to work the Tararu claim with eifzli men for six months was granted.
