New Plymouth, Monday. The Hon. W. Hall-Jones advises Mr. W. Jennings, M.H.R., that the question of better accommodation at Ongarue will be given consideration.

The Postmaster-General states that post offices at T© Kuiti. Wairoa, and Mangahae have been provided for at the beginning of the new year. .

The Postmaster-General has telegraphed to Mr. Jennings stating that authority has been given for extension of the telephone service from Te Kuiti to Aria, and that the work will be carried out with as little delay as possible.
