Monday, December 31The Post Office will be open from 7.30 to 8.30 p.m. for over-counter delivery of correspondence, including registered. Mails usually despatched on Tuesdays will be closed at 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 1, 1907 (New Year's Day). The Post Office will be closed. To-day (Boxing Day).—The Post- Ofiice will be open in all its blanches (except money order and Savings Bank) between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Letter-carriers will make one complete delivery, starting at. 8 a.m. All mails usually despatched oil Wednesday after 8 in. will close at that hour. The midnight clearances of receiving-boxes in city and suburbs will be made during the holidays, as usual. In addition, a special clearance of all receivers will be made on Monday, December 31, commencing at 5.30 p.m. The ?.s. Clansman, which usually leaves on Monday evenings for Northern ports, will be despatched on Thursday, December 27, and January 3, at 5 p.m. Mails will therefore close at 4 p.m. - p.
