BABY-FARMER SENTENCED

(Received December 23, 4.52 p.m.* London, December 22. Elizabeth Miller, the baby farmer, of Leeds, has been sentenced to five years' penal servitude.
The woman Miller was arrested in November on the charge of killing infants, of which she had charge. It was alleged that she burned the bodies of the children she killed. A chemist named Craythorn, who was implicated in the case, committed suicide.
