SERIOUSLY INJURED.

Napier. Sunday. A YOUNG man named Ernest Austin met with a serious accident in Carlyle-street lastevening. Whilst riding down the street, leading another horse, he was thrown off. His foot caught, in the stirrup, and he was dragged some distance. His fate was badly bruised, and there is a slight concussion of the braiu. Austin was admitted to the hospital, where he is doing as- well as can be expected.
