CONDEMNS THE PESSIMISTS.

Berlin, September 10. The Kaiser delivered a remarkable speech yesterday, when unveiling a. statue to Frederick the Great at Brcslau. i ■'• <
He referred to God as the "old ally of the Hohenzollerns," and urged all to rally to the throne and to stem the tide of infidelity, in order to keep free the outlook for the future.
He added: "Let us never despair. Personally I am unable to stand pessimists. Let them depart if they think they are able to find a better country.''
