MURDERED.
OTHERS ATTACKED.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.—
(Received September 9, 5.15 p.m.) London, September 8. Robert Rogers,' an upholsterer, of Kendal Rise, has been remanded on a charge of the murder of his wife and two children. He attempted to kill a third, and also the wife of his brother, with a razor.
A fearful struggle took place before the murderer was disarmed.
The act is attributed to a delusion that he was faqed with poverty and starvation.
The brother recently arrived home from New Zealand.
