The Auckland Parliamentary Assembly again met at the Leys Institute last eveningThere was a large attendance of member* and visitors. The evening was taken up m discussing the want, of confidence motion proposed by Mr. M. Walker in connection with tho Government's policy. Some of the speeches on both sides were very good, and , the interjections occasionally amusing.
