BOOM IN RAILWAY SHARES. By Telegraph.—Pre«» Association.— Nfw York, August 21. There have been several days of wild excitement on Wall-steet, owing to the Union Pacific and the Southern Pacific Railway Companies unexpectedly paying dividends. Operators with an inside knowledge have netted £3,000,000, as the shares have risen 13 points. Some of the London operators also have made large fortunes over the shares of these companies.
