ANOTHER BOMB ACCIDENT.

St. Petersburg, February 7. A NUMBER of bombs stored in a house at Odessa exploded yesterday. Two persons were killed and eight injured in the explosion. FEEDING STRIKERS. ARREST OF A MAYOR. St. Petersburg. February 7. The Mayor of Odessa has been arrested for permitting the feeding of workers on strike out of the funds ofthe municipality. DISTURBANCES AT VLADIVOSTOK. Tokio, February 7. The Russian volunteer cruiser Castroma, bound from Odessa to Vladivostok with provisions, has been detained at Nagasaki, in Japan, under orders from St. Petersburg, because further disturbances have occurred at Vladivostok. FINLAND'S WAR PREPARATIONS. IMPORTING QUICK-FIRING GUNS. Paris, February 7. The French newspapers have received advices from St. Petersburg to the effect, that the people of Finland continue to import arms. Many quick-firing guns and large quantities of ammunition have been landed there lately. All adults also are undergoing military training in secret.
