With reference to a Christchurch telegram to the effect that there is friction between tho Government Dairy Department and the chief inspector, Mr. Kinsella, the AssistantDairy Commissioner, Mr. Cudie,: gives the report a dietinot contradiction, and says there is no friction whatever in the dairying division. Mr. Ritchie, Secretary to the Agricultural Department, states that he has no knowledge of any friction existing witbregard to the Government Dairying Department.'' , ■ '
