The Daily Mail's correspondent at Stockholm says the object of the Kaiser in the recent meeting in the Gulf of Finland was to obtain the Tsar's consent to a Hohenzollern prince becoming King of Norway. He adds: "The Raise, is willing that Russia should acquire a strip of Norwegian territory to give Russia an open seaport on the Baltic." .
