The Daily Mail's correspondent at Stockholm says the object of the Kaiser in the recent meeting in the Gulf of Finland was to obtain the Tsar's consent to a Hohenzollern prince becoming King of Norway. He adds: "The Raise, is willing that Russia should acquire a strip of Norwegian territory to give Russia an open seaport on the Baltic." . He concludes: "It is significant, that the Britisn Channel fleet is about to visit the Baltic, where it has not been' seep for years." THE KAISER TO VISIT COPEN- , HAGEN. Berlin, .july 26. The Kaiser has intimated his desire to visit the King of Denmark at an early date. .. It was recently reported that after visitin" the King of Sweden, the Kaiser had proceeded to Copenhagen it! his yacht, WAR AND INTERNAL REFORMS (Received July 27, 10.39 p.m.) • Paris, July 27. The correspondent at St. Petersburg of the Temps says that at their recent meeting the Kaiser advised the Tsar to continue the war until he had gained a victory, and to concede internal reforms.
