The proprietors introduce rather an innovation in tho shapo of a. guarantee— only tea told with a guarantee, as they call it—which bespeaks ' their confidence in the purity and flavour of their product, ami should . certainly ensure the fullest confidence of the tea-buying housewife. The annual meeting of the Auckland centre of the St. John Ambulance Association will bo held at the Choral Hall on May 18 at eight p.m. The Mayor of Auckland will preside. Mrs. Arthur M. Myers will present t.lio medallions to thos* who have gained them, and Mr. Walter Impotfc will contribute two organ solos. There will be a roller bandaging competition among the- ladies of the central class and the Auckland Bearer Corps will give an exhibition
