REDUCTION OF BANK INTEREST.

Wellington, Monday. The associated banks in the colony have decided to reduce on and after to-morrow the vales of interest on fixed deposits, as follows: Fur 12 months, fram'3j to 3 per cent. ; for 24 months, from 4 to 3J> per cent.
