THE Y.M.C.A.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,l for one was pleased to read F. W. Jones' letter in to-day's Heeald re suggested Y.M.C.A. board and residence for young men. Mr. Budge is a man of worldwide experience, knows the wants of young men, and "acts" accordingly. It is true that the Y.M.C.A. has the sympathy of many of the leading business men. Now is their ohance. Let them (jive "practical sympathy" to one of the grandest "departments" in the association. What a blessing to one coming from the Homeland or elsewhere if such bo founded. For then, and then only, shall th' young men be brought into closer touch with one another and the general working of the association. Thanking you for publication.—l am, etc., September 13.
