[BY TKI.KGRAI'H.— PBJMS ASSOCIATION.] PaLMBSBTO.v North, Wednesday. A fast and interesting match on a wet ground between the Wairarapa and Manai watu representatives ended in a win for the I latter by 5 points. The teams were very evenly matched, but Wairarapa had a little bit the best of the game all through. About a minute to time in the second spell smart passing amongst the local backs in the 25 enabled Penman to score, and a goal resulted. McMinn was pitted against Warner on the wing, but neither were brilliant at any part of the game. Whisker played the best forward game on tne ground, l.'c'y doing yeoman service in the pack for Wairarapa. Logan, the Wairarapa half, played a very fine gamo.
