[BIT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS iSSOCUTIO J ] Y Nafieb, WednesdayThe Napier Harbour Board has decided to • mate the following reductions in the wharf** age rates :—Exports: Wool, skin, and A* l '' from Is to 6d per bale; wool, etc., landed for dumping, from 6d to 3d per bale; fro*.« B , meats, kidneys, and casings, from 2s 6d to Is per ton; live sheep, from 2d to W». general exports to Is per- ton. Imports-: Coal and coke from 2s 10 Is per ton; general imports. 2s 6d to 2s per ton. The labour and haulage charges on all goods are redu-TW from 9:1 to 6d per ton. Port charges iffl coastal vessels were altered to 2d per ton on , arrival, instead of 6d per ton quarterly. In* charge for storage in the examination sue is made the same as for free sheds; i.e., >' per ton or part of a ton per day,or part m a day; vessels landing goods on holiday" or outside the Board's ordinary busing hours, are-to pav a storage charge of MPton. The charge for lay days was rcdUCta . by one-half all round foi steamers.
