The Daily Telegraph states that a Royal Commission will be appointed to deal with the question of trades unions and the relations of capital and labour, and will consist of the Right Hon. A. G. Murray, Lord Advocate of Scotland (chairman), Sir William Thomas Lewis, Mr. Arthur Cohen, E.G., Mr. Sidney Webb, member of the London County Council, and Sir Godfrey Lushington.
