Napier, Monday. Alexander Eagleton, tobacconist, and his assistant, H. F. Eraser, were arrested this afternoon on charges of " tote" betting and keeping a common gaming-house. These cases are the outcome of the evidence tendered in the libel action, Bagleton v. the Daily Telegraph.
