COURSING.
«n>Tire North New Zealand Coursing Association will run off their stoke of £150 on j Saturday next (May 23) and the Monday folj lowing (Empire Day) at Chevalier Park. The winning dog gets £100, and the balance will be divided among the runners-up. There will be about 50 dogs in the stake. Arrangements have been made with the Auckland Electric Tramways Company to run oars to Archhill, and conveyances will pick the people up there and complete the journey to the park. A number of Southern dogs are reported to be coming up to compete in the Challenge Stake.
