AQUATICS.
ANNIVERSARY REGATTA. A MEETING of the committee of the Anniversary Regatta was held at the Waitemata Hotel yesterday afternoon. There was a full attendance and Mr. T. *. Masefield presided. Mr. W. C. Somers, treasurer, presented the accounts of the regatta, whicn had been duly audited by Mr. '*■ , Holmes, and showed that there was. a balance in hand of £6? after paying all V nze * and expenses in full. The statement w* adopted, a verv hearty vote of thanks being accorded to Mr. Somers for his past services. It was decided to call a public meeting of the subscribers on June 9 in the Harhour Board offices to consider the carrying out of the regatta of 1904, and to fix the daw on which it is to be held.
