REBELLION IN HAYTI.
INSURGENT GENERAL EXECUTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— right. London, September 14. The Haytian revolutionist, General Chickoye, has been executed at Port-au-Prince. General Firmin, in a violent proclamation, accuses the authorities of Hayti of instigating Germany to destroy the gunboat Oretea Pierrot. Anti-German placards have been posted in the towns of Gonaives and Saint Mare.
