THE STEAMER NIWARU.
By Telegraph.— Association.— Copyright. (Received September 14, 4.35 p.m.) London, September 13. Twelve inches of charcoal were found in the Niwaru's pumps from the insulation of the refrigerating chambers. This is supposed to have caused the water to accumulate in the hold.
