ACTION FOR DAMAGES.
[BY. TELEGRAPH.—PRESS association.] Wellington, Friday. After occupying the attention of the Court for seven days, the case for the plaintiff concluded this morning ill the action brought by Thomas Mitchell, of Wanganui, to recover £10.000 damages from the New Zealand Loan, and Mercantile Agency Company, Ernest Johnson, and John Stevenson. The. case for the defendants opens on Monday.
