Personal. r pO MICHAEL" ASKEW, the Younger, and his J- Children.—Pursuant to an Order of the High Court, of Justice (Chancery Division), made in the actions of Askew v. Woodhead, 1373, A 15, and Askew v. Booth, 1372, A 99, for the administration of the Estate of Mary Ann Bow ley, of Eowthorne, in the County of Darby, -who died on the 21st July, 1372, whereby the following inquiries are directed, viz.: — 1. An inquiry whether Michael Askew (the Mil of the testatrix's brother. Michael Askew, named in the Order of the 18th February, 1593, as a person who the judge declared himself satisfied died before the death of John Jepkson Rowley, on the 13th October, 1893, hud any and. what children. 2. An inquiry whether any and which of such children of the said Michael Askew, the son, were living at his death, and whether uny and which of such children so living at sr.ch death, either before or after such death, being male, attained the age of 21 years, or, being female, attained that age or married under it. 3. An inquiry whether any and which of Mich children of the said Michael Askew, the sou, died in the lifetime of the said .Michael Askew, the son, leaving any and what issue living at the death of the said Michael Askew, and whether any and which of such issue so living at'such death, either before or after such death, being male, attained the age of 21 years, or, being female, attained that age or married under it; and if it shall he found that any child or children of the said Michael Askew, the son, was or were living at his death," and at any time, in the case of sons, attained 21, or, in the case of daughters, attained that age or married, or that any issue of any child of the said Michael Askew, the son, being a child of his who died in his lifetime, was or were living at tho death of the said, Michael Askew, and at any time in the cafe of males attained 21, or in the case of females attained that age or married then. It is ordered that the following inquiry be mc.de. that is to say: — 4. An inquiry whether such child or children or issue are now living or dead, and, if dead, who is or are his or her legal personal representative or representatives respectively.' The said Michael Askew (the sou), or his legal personal representative, or any person or persons claiming to be such, children or issue of the said Michael Askew (if dead), and the legal personal representative of any such children or issue who have died, are, on or before the 31st day of January, 1906, cither in person or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their claims at >.he Chambers) of the Hon. Mr. Justice Kekewich and the Hon. Mr. Justice Joyce, at the Royal Courts of Justice. Strand, London, England, or in default thereof, they will ho peremptorily excluded from the benefit of tho said Order. FRIDAY, the 20th day of February. 1903., at two o'clock in the afternoon, at the said Chambers, is appointed for hearing' and adjudicating upon the said claims. Note.—The said Michael Askew, the son. on the 11th March. 1345. was married to Eliza Hartley, spinster, the daughter of Mark Hartley, of Chesterfield, in the County of Dei by, rater, and thev left England in April.
