Our Cambridge correspondent writes: Although only a few months have elapsed since the Iloto-o-rangi Estate was surveyed off and offered for sale, Messrs. W. Souter and Co., land agents (in. whose hands 'it was placed), have disposed of the whole of . it, with the exception of about 500 acres and a portion of the swamp. The homestead and 1000 acres have been purchased by Dr. ' Coates, of Auckland. Messrs. Grice and Co. generously donated five .acres ' of the estate as a creamery site 4 and ar- ' rangements have already been made with the Cambridge; Co-operative Dairy Association to erect a factory at the' earliest , possible moment. A new. road is also being. formed through the estate, to connect with .tho„Te A\£amutu-.Cambridge Road,. 1
