THE TAUPO GEYSERS.
, UNUSUAL ACTIVITY. [BY TELEGRAPH. —own correspondent.] Rotorua, Friday. Word lias been received here that there is unusual activity among the geysers at Taupo. All the geysers at the Spa are active, the Crow's Nest-, Eileen, and Ethel geysers playing every few minutes, and the small geyser known as the Paddle Wheel has. been transformed into a largo mud geyser. The weather is fine and bright, and unusually cold. Eighteen to 20 degrees of frost were registered during the last few days. , \
