FAILURE TO REPORT INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. The Public Health Department to-day prosecuted a. suburban doctor and a resident for failure to report r. case of, infectious disease (scarlet fever). Action was taken to impress on the medical men and householders that all cases ot an infectious character must be reported. Defendants were lined a nominal amount.
