HORTICULTURAL SHOW.

[BY TELEGRAPH. rHESS ASSOCIATION'.] Palmrrston North, Wednesday. The third show of the Horticultural Society was opened to-dav by Mr. Pirani, M.H.il. The number of exhibits was greatly in excess of previous shows, exhibitors being present from Hawera, Wanganui, and Wellington. The quality throughout was first-class. The collection of apples was described by the judges as the best display seen for many years, constituting an exhibition in themselves.
