THE SIERRA. , Messrs. Henderson and Macfaxlane. the local agents, announce that the mail steamer Sierra will leave Auckland for San Francisco at 10 a.m. on November 9 instead of _ p.m., the usual hour of sailing.

THE MOUBA. The Union Company steamer Moura lett Gi-borne for Auckland at 9.30 a.m. yesterday, and should arrive about the same hour today. The steamer leaves for East Coast and Southern porta at noon on Saturday.

THE EDDERTON. The cargo steamer Edderton. which arrived from Java on Tuesday with r cargo of raw sugar, and wliich has been anchored in 'me stream since her arrival, proceeds up to Chelsea to-day to commence the discharge or her cargo.

THE WAIKARE. The Union Company's steamer IVaikare left Sydney for Auckland yesterday, and is due en Moncl.iy morning next.

THE WANAKA. The Union Company's steamer Wanaka completes the discharge of her cargo of raw sugar from Fiji at Chelsea this morning, and jroceedsi about 10 a.m. to Port Kembla, New South Wales, to load coal for Fiji, and then comes on to Auckland with a cargo of raw sugar.

THE KOBE. I The steamer Kobe, undei charter to the Typer line, left New York on. October 26 for Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland, and comes to the local agency of Messrs. T. and 8. Motrin (Limited). THE ALICE. The American barque Alice took in board a large number of cases of kauri surp tor New York yesterday, and will complete her loading this morning, taking a full cargo. v THE WHANGAPE. The Union Company's steamer Whangape left Lyttelton for Newcastle on Tuesday to complete her loading for Calcutta. The steamer on discharge loads at Calcutta for New Zealand ports.
