COLONEL POLE-PENTON.
[lit TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. It was stated a few days ago that Colonel Pole-Penton was going to South Africa to take command of the Sixth Contingent. Colonel Penton to-day said that he is not going to the front.
