The Northern Company's steamer Wellington arrived from Whangarei last night, with passengers and general car?o, and leaves for the same place again to-night. East night the Northern Company's steamer Muritai arrived from Mercury Bay, KuaotUßU. and Great Barrier, and leaves 1 for the Great Barrier again at 12 o'clock tonight. The Union Company's steamer Taieri was floated oat of the Auckland Dock yesterdav, and left in the evening for We-itport. Last evening the Northern Company's steansei WaiotahA left for Tauranga and Opotiki.

The Northern Company's steamer Waimana left for Whangarei last evening. This morning the Northern Company's Steamer Ngunguru leaves for Whakatane. The barque Margarita is loaded with timber at Bagnall's Mill. Thames Fiver, for Melbourne, but is delayed from sailing owing to the low state of the water in the river. The tugboat Awarua arrived from Whananaki yesterriav morning, with a raft of 125 logs for the Kauri Timber Company. The steamer had an exceedingly rough trip, but brought her raft through intact. Yesterday the steamer Hawea arrived at Wellington from Auckland. The tugboat Admiral arrived from Manj>apai and IVhangarei yesterday morning, with a raft of log,?, and left shortly afterwards for the Thames to tow the barque Margarita down the river. H.M.s.
