PETROLEUM EXPLOSION.
THIRTEEN LIVES LOST. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— (Received July 25, 10.55 p.m.) London, July 25. Owing to a Customs officer sealing the hatches with a lighted match on the American petroleum ship Louise Adelaide, while lying at a Swedish port, the oil exploded, killing the captain, nine seamen, the ship broker and two Customs officers.
