Every man desirous of becoming a Candidate must be Nominated by not less than two Electors of tho District, by Nomination Paper, as prescribed by Section 75, of the Electoral Art, 1893, and Section 15, of Amendment Act, 1896. delivered to tho Returning Officer, at the Courthouse.
