At the annual meeting of the Farmers' Cooperative Fire and Marine Insurance Com- • pany, the directors reported that during the : last 18 months the marine losses had been j heavy and numerous. The revenue for the ! 18 months was £18,656 15s Id, and the ex- i penditure £11,954. A dividend of 6 per cent on the paid-up capital, and a bonus of 1C per cent, to shareholders on the fire business, were declared. Mr. J. Grigg, chairman of directors, resigned through illhealth. - i
